After 20 years of travel industry excellence, Joy is committed to using her powers for good. A true adventure travel expert, she’s also been a director for a global travel agency and has designed polar expeditions for a world-class luxury operator. She loves birds, sea turtles, and being in parades!
VP of Marketing
Ashley is an award-winning marketing executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling premium consumer brands rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and purpose. She has led brand and growth strategy for both emerging and established organizations, creating meaningful connections through elevated storytelling, thoughtful design, and data-informed execution. Outside of work, she is inspired by travel that favors the path less traveled, thoughtful architecture, and discovering food that reflects the history and spirit of the cultures behind it.

Jonathan is a lifelong technologist, having spent many years in professional services and non-profits. A former tech founder with a successful exit, he understands how to build and scale while focusing on user (and client) experience. Outside of work, he enjoys seeking adventures with his family and is a photographer.
Genevieve is our logistics liaison orchestrating unforgettable journeys and smooth operations. Drawing on her background as an anthropologist, entrepreneur, and lifelong traveler, she advances our mission of fostering a more interconnected, sustainable future. Off the clock, she's playing volleyball, taking a walk, or snuggling her cats.
